Who processes data

Operator — АвтоПрофи, pokraskaavtoalmaty.kz. Processing complies with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection".

What we collect

When sending a request: name, phone, e-mail (optional), city, job description and car photos. When a garage registers: name, address, contacts, e-mail and password. Technical data: IP address, cookies, browser data.

Why

To pass the request to partner garages in the chosen city, enable chat with them, send notifications about quotes, keep statistics and prevent abuse.

Who we share with

The job description, car and photos are visible to verified partner garages in your city. Only the garage whose quote you accept receives your phone and name. Data may be processed by the hosting provider and notification services (push, Telegram, e-mail).

Retention

Requests and chats — 3 years after last activity, then anonymised. Partner accounts — until deleted on request.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@pokraskaavtoalmaty.kz. We reply within 15 business days.
